not getting output while using standard output type in sales order

Dear Experts,

I have created an sales order and used the standard output types to get print preview.

BA00 is the standard one, which i used.

went to tcode VA02-->Order number--> sales document --> issue output to

selected the output type and print preview option

here, i didn't get any output just simply coming out to the previous screen.

Please do the needful.

Hello,

Can you please check,

-    In the T Code NACZ i.e. Output Determination Procedure, the routine is written for the output condition type        or not, because the logic of determination of the condition types is written here. Also check that the Manual        Entry check box should be unchecked. This may cause the problem.

-    Go to NACE, select Application V1, check all the tabs details,

       -  Condition record, Procedures,  Output types and Access Sequence.

HI MJ,

Greetings for the day.

I was in leave for last couple of days.

Also, I have checked the same given standard routines with my output type, there was literally some minor differences were there and i have changed it to standard.

Now, am getting the print preview screen without any values(i.e., Blank Screen).

I have checked the Extras --> Output --> Header(and Item) --> Edit

Same device name were there, even though am not getting any values in the Print Preview Screen.

Please do the needful.

Can you check in Output screen of Order, if there is any message in Processing Log?

Hi MJ,

It shows there is no log exists.

Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.

Here, BA00 output has been found.

Then rest of all output types are not found because not maintained.

Please do the needful.

Hi Anand,

Please see below screenshot.

Select your output type and click on Processing Log. If there would be any issue despite the Output triggered from Technical or Program side, system will give you message.

If this does not give any details, then check with the help of your ABAPer.

Dear Anand,

Check first:-

1) Is there any condition record is maintained by you or not for the same.T code VV31

2) Check is there any smartforms is attached with this output type. T code NACT

3) Is your output type is assigned with Output Determination Procedure. T code NACZ.

4) If above is maintained by you then Open your sales document VA02 - Extras - Output - Header - Edit.Here you can maintain the output type, the select the line item and press Communication method and confirm that is any output device (Logical Destination - LP01) is maintained or not.

Kindly check and confirm the same.

Thank you for your kind response, and i have maintained everything and done what you have mentioned above.

Actually, some changes were happened in Standard output type.

So, i was not getting the screen.

As per Mr. MJ comment i have changed to standard. Now, am getting the screen and with blank/empty screen.
