Unable to set targets in Pipeline Perfomance

Hello All,

We are configuring pipeline performance for Opportunity Management, we are facing the following issues

I am not able to set the quotas/targets, when logged as a Sales Director, I have clicked on the sales role and in pipeline performance, further I have clicked on sales pipeline, I am getting the below message. As per the message it says

In Quota Planning Management, set quotas for the next 12 months or fiscal periods for all affected team members- where in customization can I set the target?
