Hi,
We have made some changes to he ESS/ben components. When we are trying to Check-in the Activity is failing in CBS.
Following is the Error shown in the CBS request log. There is no build log for this.
Error! The following problem(s) occurred during request processing:
Error! The following error occurred during request processing:Refresh cache failed for DC: sap.com/ess/ben
REQUEST PROCESSING finished at 2013-10-09 02:36:21.536 GMT and took 1 s 69 ms
No build logs available for the request.
Our basis team ran the 'Initialize Compartment' in CBS and it is taking for ever to run that. We are stuck. We opened the SAP ticket with high priority and waiting for their response too.
Since we have deployed the ESS/ben on our "Test Portal" successfully , it there a way to deploy that onto Production Portal directly without the help of NWDI ?
We have a go-live on monday ...so any information or SAP note regarding this will help.

Thanks for your response. We still have the issue.
The server on which our NWDI is installed had some issues, so we could not provide SAP with the NWDI access. That is the reason why we closed the SAP ticket but we still have the problem.
Any information regarding why we got the error and what should be done now will be helpful.
