RSP Email Settings not connecting!!

Hello Experts,

A customer I have could not restart his RSP agent and I was advised by some experts on this platform to uninstall it and install the current version.

I downloaded the current version of RSP 3.0 PL7 on my customer's server but when we were configuring the RSP for email connection it did not work.

They use gmail smtp server settings.

Your urgent help is needed.
