How to create a read user for SAP BODS tool.

Hi All,

I want to create a Read User for SAP BODS for Developers to see jobs in Production .

Is it possible to create User with below privilege .

     -  User only can read everything

     -  Not able to export job because export contains password of Production Database.

     -  Not able to edit anything.

Just give "View" rights to that User.

But I don't  want to share repository password .

Hi Anupam,

As i known for Login in BODS 4.X no where is asking for Repository password if you set this parameter in your "Rights and Security" Settings in Central Management Console, Below are the screen shots of that parameter in rights and security.
