Reservation for bulk material

Hi, we have a bulk material included in materials tab of process order. but when we check in md04 of bulk material, the order number is not shown against that material and where as in mb23, we can able to see that material against reservation number. the storage loc is not maitained in order for this bulk material. since this is not appearing in mdo4/ reservation, this batch is alloted to different order which i checked thru mb25. please advise what settings need to be made so that it will show in md04 and will not be alloted to other orders. please advise.
