Reverse with field in FBL1n or FBL3n report

Hi,

Reversal document number not showing in Reverse With field instead its appearing under Clearing Document field in FBL1n & FBL3n reports. In BKPF table its showing under Reverse with field i.e. STBLG field. Pls advice how to update Reverse with field in FBL1n & FBL3n .

Hi Varsha,

Please check this:-

spro --> Financial Accounting --> General Ledger Accounting --> GL Account --> Line items --> Display line items --> Define Special Fields for Finding and Sorting Data

Add a new entry BKPF in table and STBLG in field name

Dear Varsha,

When you reverse the document...your clearing document is your reversal document

In FBL1N....if you see clearing document field.....its actually your reversal document no.

So you can refer to that.

I know tht but our client wants to see the document number in reverse with field.  Any suggestion on this.
