Access to Enterprise Services Repository or Integration Builder takes a long time

Hello guys!

When trying to enter the Enterprise Services Repository or Integration Builder, the browser executes the Java Web Start and takes about 40 minutes to open the tool.

Win 2008

MS SQL Server 2012
