Actually i have published a repository in Adobe Indesign. Now I want to have table of contents of this publication. I know that Indexing can work so. But actually when i create index after doing "Set paginated State" in Adobe Indesign, nothing is visible in that index. when I try to publish that index in Adobe Indesign, MDME client crashes.
