Formatting sheet

I have multiple sheets in report.

For some of the sheets, I don't need to attach formatting sheet at all.

However as per EPM reporting architecture, every sheet need to be attaching to formatting sheet.

Is there any way that I can not attach a formatting sheet to any reporting sheet.
