Question on certification C_TM_90

Hello folks,

I am currently gaining some experience with a SAP TM 9.0 based sandbox system, meaning I am working through the different scenarios and business processes. So far I covered the following topics on a rough level:

• Network and resource creation
• Different business scenarios, such as LCL outbound transportations via vessel or airplane
• Freight planning and carrier selection also taking into account the optimizer and its options
• Freight Settlement by using agreements

In order to achieve the certification, it is recommended to participate in TM100, TM110 and as well TM120. The necessity of TM110 and TM120 is clearly understood, however for me it sounds like TM100 would be a good start in case of you do not have any experience with TM and logistics at all. Can anyone confirm this or is the TM100 training definitely a must even if you already have some TM and as well logistics knowledge?

You can find a lot of information here on SCN that can give you a very good overview about what TM does... but sincerely? I recomend you to do it if you have time and money! 🙂
