Client copy failed at VARI Table

Hi ,

We are copying the profile SAP_CUSV from production to quality and we observed copy was failed due to "

ERROR: Write error in client: 201 Double Key table VARI". Post exit steps completed and VARI table not having the same entries as PROD in QUALITY.

Tried restart the copy still the same issue, we tried to check from tranport of copies and found this object cannot be done thru it as TABU...

Other than R3trans export/import is there any other process i can transport VARI table between 2 systems....

Please suggest...
