Setup Single Sign On with SAP BW and ECC

Hi, Can we set up single sign on -SSO - with SAP BW and ECC in BusinessObjects 4.0? SAP BW uses LDAP and ECC does not use LDAP, it has SAP authentication. Manually users can log on by choosing their default system at BI Launch Pad screen. I never saw any setting but want to confirm. Thanks
