SOST ERROR USER NOT ACTIVE

Hi All,

When I try to display document in SOST, I get the prompt that my User Id  does not exist.

Kindly please help me solve this issue. I have checked the security authorizations and it doesn't seem to be an access issue.

Also I checked parameters tab in SU01, But I have the same settings and access as one other user who is able to do this activity.

Hi,

Do you see in su53 any failure after you do it.

Can you please press on the ? and tell what is the message displayed.

Can you try to reset the user buffer in SU56.

Hi Rishi,

There is nothing in SU53, Pressing on the ? just gives the message number "Message no. SO054". Have reset the user buffer. but to no avail.

Hi,

Can you please go in Pa20 and check the employee is active.

Are these employee to the same org group and company code.?

Can you run a trace for both the employee in st01 and see what is the difference.

When you get the error . When you click this button.

Run report RSSOUSCO and check if the issue remains.

And review the SAP note 83273.
