Job Management: Multiple Target Transaction types

Fellow Members,

In the Job Management, when I try to select the CRM transaction type for my Job Request, strangely I see many CRM transaction Types in the dropdown instead of ZMIN.

I maintained the Job request mapping to CRM Txn types in Table AGS_EJR_PROCTYPE.

I am on SP07, is it a bug or am I missing something here? I do not see any mapping anywhere in system which says Jpb request to SMCT, SMCR..etc.

Thank You Jacky, you saved my day ; after implementing the above note issue got resolved. Now I only see the ZMIN which I had maintained in the process_type parameter.

hi Vivek,

have you done "Configure Assignment Block", this is the one set the crm web ui based on the transaction type.

Search the task in spro and read the help, make sure you set the process_type parameter as stated,

It seems like something wrong, it is not desired behavior. Have you resolved the issue? Haveyou reported to SAP via customer message?
