When trying to access a Routing or Inspection Plan a dump occurs with DYNPRO_SYNTAX_ERROR and 'Screen "SAPLCPDA" 1200 could not be generated'.

I understand that this error can be removed using SAP Notes 1467234 and 1471534.

But I want to know the reason for this error i.e why it is coming.

No changes has been made to system and suddenyl it started coming.

Please help
