ITS Applications appearing in different theme in SAP Portal 7.40

Hello Experts ,

Previously we were using R/3 4.7 version and portal 6.0 version , where most of the ESS applications are ITS applications.

Now the R/3 4.7 system is migrated to ECC 6.0 EHP6. And new portal is installed which is 7.40 version and connects to ECC 6.0 EHP 6.

Although WDABAP applications is preferred for EHP6 , we choose to continue with ITS applications , since our client wanted the same applications in 7.40 portal also.

So , we created a transport package and exported all the portal content from Portal 6.0 and imported in Portal 7.40.

All the applications are working fine , but the custom Internet Services created under SE80 ( ex: leave request( zws20000081) , inbox ( pzbwsp)) are appearing with white back ground, when accessed in sap portal 7.40. But when we selected the same services under sicf and Tested by using right click , they are appearing in proper theme.

There are even other services under sicf, which we integrated into portal using IAC iview , and are displaying in correct theme. But we are facing the problem with the custom services defined under SE80.

Please suggest a solution for the issue.
