Transport InfoProviders w/o wiping out queries

Our experience has been that - when transport containing changes to an existing InfoProvider is carried out - any existing queries for that InfoProvider are deleted. Is is possible to transport InfoProvider changes without deleting the queries? If so, please advise on the process for doing so.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Sonya,

We do transport changes to the Infoproviders..and queries are not deleted by doing that..

at the most if some info object has been deleted from the infoprovider..the query will have to be repaired..

Is it happening for all infoprovider transport..or it has happened for a particular request only..

    Let us know

    Ashish
