material allocation to multiple components

Dears,

in our scenario..one component is issued at the beginning of production line but multiple products can be produced simultaneously using this component in a continuous manufacturing environment.

So, in case of excess goods issue , how to distribute that issue as I don't know which exact product will consume it??
