My admin guy installed Crystal Reports Developer XI on my Windows 7 computer. After the install, I could not find the software in the "Start" menu. There is no start up icon on my desk top either. I checked "Programs and Features" under the control panel on my coputer and do not see Crystal Reports listed in there.
Did the install fail? Should I uninstall and reinstall Crystal Reports?

CR XI is not supported on WIN 7.
Only CR XI R2 and higher will work on WIN 7. See the following:
