hi all,

i need to test some reports after migration from 4.0 dev to 4.0 QA , the reports are working fine in dev but its showing "An internal error occured while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)" in QA after entering valued in prompts.

Its webi reports based on BW query.

please help.

This is a very generic error which can happen due to many reasons. Which patch level you are in?

If you are in any patch below SP5 its recommend to upgrade to SP5/SP6 atleast. Also is it fair to assume you both the environment you are transporting to and from at the same patch level?

This is one of the common error we get.

Can you please post the screenshot of the prompts you are answering?

And also when you get an error message, click on "details" button and put the screenshot as well?
