i have one delivery with all the WM done but when i try to do goods issue tell me "open TO" but when i try to see that TO tell me that TO does not exist!
the message is:

the TO is broken
something happened and the TO creation did not go to the end
someone killed it
but agin, not properly
in SAP table (where data are stored
can not find any trace of TO in TO table (LTAK LTAP etc..)
but they are trace of it in other table like status table (VBUP/VBUK) and document flow table (VBFA)
so TO is stuck as some links between tables are missing
the only thing we tried (and it failed) is to put back qty to 0 in delivery (copy pack qty as delivery qty)
because the system things there is a TO which does not exist
in simple words : TO creation with all HU stopped in the middle
Picking activities are not fully completed. You must confirm TOs before PGR. vbup-kosta and vbup-lvsta must be "C". confirm your TO using Tcode LT12. This should resolve the issue.
the problem is this TO are in other factory of my company in other delivery and the products i have made picking with RF guns in my warehouse are in that TO!
when i try to do LT21 to see that TO say to me that TO does not exist.
Assuming that the TO is created for other warehouse, you need to enter the TO number and that warehouse number in LT21. then you will be able to view the TO.
i know that! i use also ZSE16N to see! but the problem is i have one delivery stoped with error because that TO and i cannot do anything because that delivery are in my warehouse but the TO no!
