North East Tax Exemption Only For ST Employee

Dear Folk,

I have one requirement NE Tax Exemption .

Scenario is Employee who is belong to NE state tax should deduct except ST categories.

Eg. Suppose in North East 20 employee is there and out of 20 employee 15 belong to General categories and 5 belong from ST categories, Then tax should not deduct only for ST employee.

I have done the configuration PA and PSA wise and in SAP PA, PSA wise it is working fine but how to do Employee categories wise ? Feature 40NET also I have maintained. SAP has released one note 0001876907 North East Tax Exemption Changes also implemented
