Can we map same GL to technical accounts-1001 and 1002 Account keys

Dear All,

I am facing an issue in document splitting because the Account key 1002 was not maintained in tcode OBYL.

We already have 1001 account key maintained against a clearing GL '109300'.

I would like to know your suggestions on mapping the same GL '109300' to account key 1002 also.

I know it works but is there any disadvantage in doing so?

You can assign the same GL , there will be no disadvantage.
