Issue related to multiple record for IT0584 Stype 0001

I am new to the SAP community!!! Hello to everyone.

I have one issue. To get Tax exemption, an employee has declared Investment Declaration for Income from Other Sources (House Property Infotype 0584 subtype 0001) from ESS in the month of May. Again in the month of August he raised this form again and changed the amount. Now whats happening istead of replacing old record, this has created two records in IT0584. And Tax exemption he is getting on addition of all amount.

Please help.
