Unable to Login to Launchpad, Rich Client, UDT, IDT etc..

Hi All,

We are facing a strange situation where none of the client applications and the portal (BI Launchpad/CMC) are able to login.

After logging in to CCM, the SIA and the Tomcat are in running mode.

But when we attempt to log in to any of portals or client tool, the log in dialog/page freezes/hangs without logging into any of the tools/portals.

Here are some of the details :

SAP Business Objects - SAP BO 4.0 SP4

CMS DB - Oracle 11.2.0.1.0

Let me know if you have faced this kind of issue before.
