how to do manually source system conversion in transport

Hi expert,

we have a standalone BW system, and performed some developments on it , which is relevant to datasource for source system A. now we want to transport this development into another BW system, which attach to different source system B. so I want do source system conversion for developed datasource from A to B in the transport request, could you please tell how to do it?
