Printer button on "Page Setup" missing

I just had my PC upgraded from WinXP to Win7 and now in PD 16.1. Before, there was a buttton to select the printer on the Page Setup dialog:

Now, the Printer Button has vanished:

Anybody have any ideas on how to get the Printer button back?

You may be running into a regression of PowerDesigner bug CR# 530074:

It was solved in PowerDesigner 15.1 EBF but it occurs again using newest EBF of 15.3, 16.1 and 16.5 in Win 7.
Contact Technical Support to have this bug reopened, or open a new ticket to report the regression.
