Lumira error when opening a file - Trying to createContent of User Interface

Hi All,

I get this error message when i try to open a file with SAP Lumira. Are you able to help

Installation - SAPLUMIRA3211_0-20010405

Version - 1.0.11.708 32 bit setup.

32 Bit

I have updated Java to latest version and still got the same issue.

The most current version of Lumira is SP12 - You can download it HERE

Perhaps the file that you are trying to open was designed with SP12, which is built on HTML5.

Try to upgrade Lumira and retry opening that file.
