Differences in al SDK for CLOUD

I am lost, we are pretty soon starting an SAP Business ByDesign project and we were planning to get involved with SAP Business ByDesign Studio, but here I am in the Community Network and learning that there is an SAP Cloud Application Studio???

Is this the same SDK, I prefer to start to use SAP Cloud Application Studio because it has more coverage with other cloud solutions. Can someone explains us the differences and advantages of these different SDK´s? If there is any difference?
