Dropdown lists truncated in PI Sheet with later GUI's?

We've been using PI Sheets with dropdown lists but for some people the list is truncated and they can't see the entire description.

I have GUI 720 with patch level 4 and very small screen.  I can see the entire description.

If I switch to a Citrix GUI 730 with patch level 2, I can only see half the description.

A person with GUI 720 - patch level 8 and a large screen, can see the entire description.

Another person with GUI 720 - patch level 8 and a small screen, can only see half the description.

Is there a GUI patch to resolve this?

I suggest you to download the latest SAP GUI patches.

SAP GUI 730 is already on patch level 6 and SAP GUI 720 is already on patch level 17. See SAP note 1053737 for the patch level details for each release.

All SAP GUI patches are available on SAP Service Marketplace. Detailed information about the location of the patches can be taken from note 563161. Note 330793 explains how to download patches from SAP Service Marketplace.

Thank you for your response.  If I'm reading it correctly, you're saying there are Patches for the latest SAP GUI to correct the error we're seeing with 720 Patch level 8 and 730 Patch level 2.

Have I inferred correctly?

I'm saying is that there are newer patches for SAP GUI.

Each patch brings several corrections together and your patches are very old, therefore, it is very difficult to say on which patch or if there is a correction specific for this issue.

The easiest way to find is to update to the latest patch and test again.

But the point was, the older GUI & Patch works correctly,  The newer GUI & Patches don't work.

Your "newer" patches are still very old.

If you open an OSS message to SAP, the first thing that is requested is to implement the latest patch.
