Activation Code For Mobile APP

Hi Experts,

I have downloaded the standard APP 'SAP CRM Sales' from Android marketplace .The URL for the same is :

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sap.android.crmsales&hl=en

I have entered the Username , Port etc . After this its asking for an activation code. I really do not know from where I can get this code.

Could you please let me know from where I can get this Activation Code.

If you want to run this app you need a SUP and SAP server and netweaver gateway. Before running the app there are a lot of steps to be performed in the netweaver gateway and Sup. There are specific documents for this from SAP. Please reach SAP to get these documents and follow the steps to runthe app.

There is a demo available for the app. You can run that if you want to see how the app works.

The documents will be available in SAP market place. Let me check whether I have those. Those configurations was taken care by my Basis guys. There are templates also related to each app released by SAP. You need to install these in the netweaver to run the app. So documents are not only needed to run the app.

How you are passing user name in settings ?

Are you doing manual registration through scc? If yes are you not giving any value?

Thanks for your prompt reply.

The standard Sales app asks for the following details -

Server Name

Port No

Farm ID

User ID

Activation Code.

I have the Gateway server IP, Port no.

Farm ID is the Relay server no - 0 in our case since we have none

User ID i am giving my SAP UserID,the last piece is what i am stuck at Activation code.
