Escallation timeout in Approval Task not working.

hi,

Iam using the standard approval task in SAP IDM 7.2 , with sp8 and have set the escalation timeout to 5 minutes. However if the request is not approved it still stays in the approver TODO tab.

Any help would be appreciated.
