Escallation timeout in Approval Task not working.

hi,

Iam using the standard approval task in SAP IDM 7.2 , with sp8 and have set the escalation timeout to 5 minutes. However if the request is not approved it still stays in the approver TODO tab.

Any help would be appreciated.

can you attach a screenshot of the approval tab of the approval task? Also the results from

select * from idmv_approvers_ext

select * from mxi_approval_pending_action

Hi Nitto,

did you check the MXP_PROVISION for that? The actual time when the approval will time-out is stored there in the field "execTime".
