Reward Rule Group

Hello Gurus,

I am new to CRM, I am trying to create reward rule group from the loyalty program,when i click on the 'NEW' button on the hierarchy, nothning comes up and the page hangs, I cant do anything further.Did any face this issue or am I missing some configuration.I have all the authorizations, so i think this is not an aunthorization issue.Please help me out.
