Expert Analytics File-> Preference not working

Hello,

I am using SAP Predictive analysis 2.5. In that i go to Expert Analytics -> File -> Preferences. Though the preferences option is enabled, when I click it does not open the dialog box to enter network details into it.

Do we need to do some configuration to get this working? Unable to find anything related to this on site.

Hello, I am not sure to understand what you are trying to do? Can you please share a screenshot and why you need this? thanks & regards Antoine

Thank you Antoine for the reply.

I believe it was an issue due to improper installation. I reinstalled it and now I am able to open the dialogue box.

Basically the Preferences dialogue box wasn't accessible.
