Loads failed..

Hi Masters,

We have daily delta loads.

Today I seen 15 loads are showing incorrect.(15)

For each its showing the following message.

Error when sending data request

The request IDoc could not be sent to the source system using RFC.

System Response

There is an IDoc in the Warehouse outbox that did not arrive in the ALE inbox of the source system.

Further analysis:

Check the TRFC log.

You can get to this log using the wizard or the menu path "Environment -> Transact. RFC -> In Data Warehouse".

Removing errors:

Check especially the authorizations for the background user in the SAP BW.

When I click in Step-by- Step Error message button I get this.

Under status

Green-Data request sent off ?

Gray- RFC to source system successful ?

Gray Does selectable data exist in the source system?

Red- Data selection successfully started ?

Red- Data selection successfully finished ?

Green- Processing error in source system reported?

Gray - RFC to Warehouse successful ?

Green- Processing error in Warehouse reported ?

Grey- Processing successfully finished?

Grey- All reported data packets received?

Grey- All data packets complete ?

Red- Have all Processing Steps been Carried out ?

Green- All data packets updated in all targets?

When I clk in Transact. TRFC Button I get this:

“System error occurred during lock administration” of the User

Question is :

1. Why all these 15 loads showing like this?

2. How to Resolve this, Pls guide me.?

3. how to restart these loads.

Thanks & Regards.

    Hi Sri,

I think you have to contact your administrator to verify if the background user (the one you use to load data in BW via RFC) can work or if there is sone restriction (system downtime, authorization restriction and so on...)

    Hope it helps!

Something did not work properly during the loading. No idoc. Something related to TRFC. Better to check what really happen but usually if you repeat it than it could work.

for example, if there were some issue during the loding (BW was down or Source System and Target System could not communicate) then you get this IDOC issue.
