Hi
We're doing a remake of the implementation of SAP PM in our industrial plant, but would like to know if there is a trend graph.
Is there any way to feed the system with SAP-PM daily vibration data of the equipment?
When the data reach a maximum point, the system warns you that there is a need intervention equipment, and also generate trend graphs of these
data.
Thanks a lot

Hi Ricardo,
We have this model.
We have measuring points H V A for drive side and free side of a drive or driven equipment.
I hope you know what for H, V, A measurements stand for in Vibration measuring.
Measuring documents are created whenever you read vibrations.
This trend graph is available in report IK17 with single mouse click.
(Select the reading column and click on Graph icon)
This graph is showing the frequency of reading values. Similarly other graphs can be configured through Graph options.
Now about the intervention alerts you've asked, whenever reading crosses its specified maximum value.
We have coded the user-exit IMRC0001 so that
-One Alert notification triggers as shown below.
And
-An email is triggered to all concerned with the same content of the Notification shown below.
So for triggering automatic alerts, you need to take help of technical person. (user exit IMRC0001)

Hi Jogeswara Rao K,
I will verify this information and will perform some tests using this "exit"
Thanks a lot..

Hi Ricardo,
It is 'NO'.
The coding always based on field names not on field values.
Your 180 measuring points are under field name POINT
Similarly the target value field name is different, the measuring document field name is different and for the Reading you measure the value holding Filed name is different,
These are technical concepts. When you explain your requirement the technical person will be able to understand.
The main table used here are IMRG and IMPTT tables.
Obviously you need to set the target values for all 180 measuring points through IK02.

You can create Measuring Point, update Measurement document, trigger PM Order / Notification through Maintenance Plan scheduling.
Trend can be possible using Measurement document values.

Hello Maheswaran
This may be done by the transaction IK11 and IK12?
All data are fed using these transactions.
Do you know other transactions?
Thanks for your help
