Transport Web based BEx Bookmarks

Dear Gurus,

We are in the middle of merging two BW implementations (BW 7.1 towards 7.3). One of the challenges that we have is to merge the Bookmarks made on webtemplates also. Does anyone know a scenario or a "how-to" paper that describes how to do this?
