Sale Order Workflow Created

Dear All,

I need a workflow for Sale order creation,

Like if SO is under status CRTD then it must send mail to person starting order created and review, after he reviews and changes status to RELD then it must send mail to customer order accepted with ref # of sales order no.

please suggest how can i do this workflow...
