On SAP LSO in SCORM html5 video doesn't work properly

In SAP content player we had encountered two problems with our SCORM:

1) Videos don't work on all major browsers:

- html5 video doesn't work on Firefox

2) Videos don't load when changing source, displaying error in console:

MEDIA12899: AUDIO/VIDEO: Unknown MIME type

Is there any fix for that? SCORM is based on HTML5, AngularJS. Is there a test environment where we can test our SCORM's?
