Dear friends,
I have a problem regarding 2 output types. Those outputs are printed but there is a request from the client that, together with the printed forms, the customer to receive also a mail in which to have the documents. My problem is that I don't know what configuration to do and where to set the email for the outputs, together with their printing. <text removed for asking document & sharing personal details>

As per SCN Rules of Engagement, you are neither suppose to ask for document nor share your personal details on SCN Post.

The email address may be taken from a number of places:
The customer master record
The output condition record
The user parameters set in su3
The output condition record will over ride any customising email
entry.
