FMs to create update and query the Service orders

Hi SAP Experts,

We have a requirement to create Webservices to create ,update and query trhe service orders. Please help me how to create the Webservices to create and update the service orders.

Please let me know FMs to create update and query the Service orders.

hello Jaya

You can use the FM  CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create the service order

and CRM_ORDER_READ to read the service order
