Hi,
I want to add filter with top 10 values and others as all.
Please help....
Anand,
Your best method available is to create a ranking in the block.
Select one of the measures and then click on the ranking icon and follow the dialog box.
You would then add a row in the table footer for the "Others" total, for example:
=Sum([Sales]) Where Rank() >10
Your other option is to create something more complex at the report level (a union query with database ranking, dummy objects) or an even less useful derived table solution.

Mark

Hi Anand,
This you can achieve using a derive table or using custom lov's.
In the derive table, you can try to get the TOP N values of a column based on the dimension list you want and use that dimension to create the object.
Other way would be go the the object LOV's and create your customised LOV that will retrive your top N values.
So when you use this object in prompt, the list of values will always be for those top N.
I would prefer to try using custom Lov's first.
Thanks
Gaurav
