Two level of approval for the leave request

Hi Friends

I am new to ESS & MSS, I my company implementing ESS & MSS we have one requirement that is when employee apply for leave that request move to 1^st level manager and if 1st level manger not reply within 5 days that request should move to 2^nd level manager(2^nd level manager mean 1^st level manager reporting manager)

For this requirement sap giving any standard otherwise any customization required please suggest on my request.
