travel management ABAP webdynpro applications

Hi mentors,

we want to implement travel management system in our sap ERP6 EHP7 system

our sap system :

SAP_APPL 617 Sp level 0

SAP_HR 600 SP Level 91

EA_HR 600 SP level 91

please suggest us travel management, abap webdynpro application or Enterprise portal, which is best suiatble.
we don't have enterprise portal system.

so if you choose the ABAP webdynpro application,

whether it supports fully in SAP_HR 606, and EA_HR 606
