I cannot see the data in the Interactive Reports in CRM

Dear All,

I have configured the SAP CRM interactive Reports according to the Guide  and by running the wizard / CRMBW/CONFIG_WIZARD i can see  every thingis green with some warnings.

When i log in to a particular business role on CRM  web ui  and in the manage reports i click on one of the reports (e.g. lead origin sate) i can see th eunterface of the reports but no data appears .

I also checked the rsa3 and in the data source i made an entry of /CRMBW/OLTP_LEAD, i can see 0 records.

Please help in this regards

Hi Kumar ,

I have checked both the threads but still my issue is not resolved instead  now it is giving me "load failed  internal error " when i try to open a report from web ui.

Rohit,

We are using Interactive reporting for out client. You clearly tell me what was the error you are getting. Few thing to be consider:

1) is the employee responsible have any created Leads in you DEV?

2) I think with power user you configured and testing with which user u are doing; that user have and created lead?

Then we can short the error.

Not a big one.

Hi , i am able to see the reports now .Problem was , some of the queries were not installed , i went into rsa1 and then in the BI content i installed them .

But the query i have is " if a manager wants to see the reports of his/her subordinates i.e. lead , opportunity ,complaints etc , how he can see all the reports"

Also , can we add some additional fields to the reports that we are getting

HI Rohit,

Intractive Reports is based on the orgstructure. You do one this. Take one manager user and employee user. Make sure that this employee comes under this manager in org structure. Now With the help of Emp user create one Lead. Then check whether in I-Report of lead this data is coming or not. Once it was coming then log on with Mkt Manager user check this data is coming or not. U have done all the configuration as per C41 right.

Yes , i have configured all the settings as per C41 .

Thanks i will do that.

But can you please tell me , for e.g iin the lead opportunity report i cannot see the email is and the phone number , can i add additonal fields to it .

Hi Rohit,

Sap provide some standard reports. If you want to configure your own you can do that also. If you don't have the required field while enhancing the new report, ask the crm technical guy he will do it. Still facing any problem let me know.
