How to do version control between multiple BW systems

Hi expert,

       How to do version control between multiple BW systems. I know transport will probably make them consistent. but if there are some casually modification on those systems, is there anyway to check it out by some type of version control?

If you want your target systems not to be modified directly, you should not keep the system opened in SCC4 t-code for the particular clients.

Generally you can make out any object changes with "Last Changed by" status in target systems. As you said, Transports will be the best alternative for your requirement.

I am not sure that about it but in BW 7.3 version management has been incorporated until then it was not available.

Yes vinod,

      version control of BW7.3 is effective for the same system. but I am caring about make objects consistent among multiple system.
