AUC migration

We are migrating from 4.6 to ECC 6.00. Following is the scenario with us.

Sales order having WBS element as account assignment.

The sales order cost transferred to WBS element

The WBS element settled to AUC

And AUC settled to Fixed asset. In this case we have few AUC.

How to migrate the AUC in new system?
