AUC migration

We are migrating from 4.6 to ECC 6.00. Following is the scenario with us.

Sales order having WBS element as account assignment.

The sales order cost transferred to WBS element

The WBS element settled to AUC

And AUC settled to Fixed asset.  In this case we have few AUC.

How to migrate the AUC in new system?

If we the AuCs have already been settled to Final asset, do you really need to convert those? When we did it, we converted only the 'open' WBS

Thanks Asheesh.

Sorry there are still open WBS, open AUC which have balance and operative stage and need to settle to Fixed Asset.

So if we migrate to new system, in this case how to transfer these open WBS, Open AUC to new system.

In that case just load the expense in the WBS as a JE. Month end settlement run would settle the cost to AuC. The conversion account would get nullified after your GL balances are uploaded
