I am facing issues with assignment of user to the service order as a technician.
Can you please list out the steps needed to be performed for the same. Or provide a reference for the same.
Do we need to set up RPT for such an assignment or can we assign service technician to a service order without using RPT?
The relevance of this step is for transferring service order data from SAP CRM to the Syclo Mobile App.
