SAP EHS GLM - Set Log Level

Hi Experts...!

I need to capture the log of user actions in label printing (cbgl_mp01).

1. The environment parameter, "GLM_FLG_AUDIT_ALL" is maintained as 'X'.,

2. IMG activity, Environment, Health and Safety -> Product Safety -> Global Label Management -> Set Log Level,

    

   when tried to assign "user action" to be logged with "labeling scenario", No values were found.

When checked this table, "CCGLC_USERACTION", the table found to be empty...!

I referred the following threads,

But the solution can't be found.

Hi Subash,

these user actions are coming with Ehp3.

Could you pls. check whether the BC Set "EHS_GLM_CCGLC_USER_ACTION_T" was activated correctly in your system?

You can check the activation in the Switch Framework Browser. (SFW_BROWSER)

OPS_EHS_CI_1 --> EHS_GLM_UI_03 --> CBGL_SFWS_UI1 --> Switch BC Sets --> EHS_GLM_CCGLC_USER_ACTION_T

Hi Michael/ C.B..!

The BC Set, "EHS_GLM_CCGLC_USER_ACTION_T" found to be inactive.

After the activation of the BC set also, IMG-Set log levels couldn't be configured since there were no values in "USER Action".

But after activation of this BC set, it is possible to maintain entries in the table "CCGLC_USERACTION". As per the IMG documentation, all the possible values have been maintained.

Now able to assign the 'User action' to 'labeling scenario'. Checked "S_SH8_84000399"  to find the log of user actions and found to be positive...!

I would assume that the values listed there should be available  in you SAP system.

No the values which are mentioned in

or as mentioned in IMG documentation of Set log level are not listed in the sap system...!

When manually tried to enter a value from that doc, it shows the error msg as, ".. .... entry not maintained in CCGLC_USERACTION.

mhh. I found no related OSS note regarding that. So may be start OSS dialog as you are not the only one with missing entries. I will check once again. May be next week I have some idea regarding that

Here this information is mentioned:

"If you activate the business function

LOG_EHS_GLM_CI_4 (EHS- Continuous Improvement for Global Label Management)

, the following switch BC sets are imported: EHS_GLM_CCGLV_LOGLEVEL_V (EHS: EHP7 - Set GLM log level)"

There should be (it seems to be) a BC set available referred as:  EHS_GLM_CCGLV_USERACTION_V (EHS: EHP7 - GLM user actions).

This may indicate that a customizing step has not been done in your system (ok this is reference to EnhPAck 7 but..)

is "very" simple regarding that;:

You have completed the following Customizing activities in Customizing for Global Label Management:

• Set Log Level: You have defined the user actions required for logging.

Therefore "you" define the actions. I will check how this is done.. Referring to the thread you mentioned: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3145231

There seems to be "indication" that a customizing step is missing.
